Consultations
I save name, e-mail, phone number and health information from consultation.
Handling Conditions
- I process your personal data for the sake of analysis and making recommendations for adjusting your diet.
- I am processing your personal information for an ordered service of nutrition counseling.
- The legal reason for this processing is execution of the contract. For this purpose, I am processing personal data for a period of 1 year since the last visit of the client in order to fulfill the ordered service or control measurements of the client.
- In order to keep your personal information, there is a legal reason to request your consent. You may revoke this consent at any time.
- I do not provide your personal information to anyone.
- When processing your personal data, there will be no automated decision making or profiling.
- I have not appointed any personal data protection officer. For the processing of your personal data I have not appointed any personal data processor or agent to fulfill obligations under the GDPR regulation.

- You have the right to revoke your consent of processing personal information at any time. You have the right to request from me, as an Administrator, to access, correct or delete your personal information or to limit processing, and to object to the processing. You have the right to transfer this data to another administrator, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Office if you consider that I do not comply with the GDPR when processing your personal data.
